How to set up voicemail greetings
Setting up voicemail greetings
From Teams app:
- From Teams app, click on the circle with your picture (upper right).
- Choose Settings from the options.
- Select Calls from the options in the upper left.
- Click on Configure Voicemail box.
- Click on Record a greeting box. This will call the voicemail system.
- Follow the menu prompts.
- To listen to your voice messages, press 1.
- To change your personal greeting, press 2.
- To play and record your personal greeting, Press 1.
- To play and record your greeting for when you are away, Press 2.
- To exit, press the * key.
From desk phone:
- Dial your personal number. This call will fail.
- Press the “Redial” button on the right side of the phone. This will re-call into the voicemail options.
- Follow the menu prompts.
- To listen to your voice messages, press 1.
- To change your personal greeting, press 2.
- To play and record your personal greeting, Press 1.
- To play and record your greeting for when you are away, Press 2.
- To exit, press the # key.
